Sales manager Chereece Schmidt reports the show was a huge success and generated a positive buzz for the group’s brands. ‘We attracted great media attention, increased our online visibility and reinforced key messages to the target audience.’
According to Chereece, Extrupet’s Pro-10 Strapping™ line and ExtruWood pallet divisions attracted a lot of interest. ‘There was such a hype for what we do to prevent end-of-life landfill and what we can do with a bottle, cap or label.’ ExtruWood pallets are recycled from bottle caps and labels sourced from waste at Extrupet’s facilities. ‘At the show, there was excitement for our new line arriving in 2024,’ she commented. ‘This includes our fourth line food grade rPET line of our PhoenixPET® brand arriving Q2 2024, which enables increased capacity for a sustainable future.’
