Anicolor significantly widens the range of applications in which offset can be used cost-effectively for short runs – yet retain its advantages for longer runs.
The new zoneless short inking unit ensures optimal offset quality at ‘digital’ prices. The secret lies in a technology that rationalises the inking unit to optimal effect and significantly cuts production costs, particularly in terms of make-ready times and waste. The portfolio includes classic four-colour commercial work such as brochures and flyers, as well as invitations and business cards in runs of just a few hundred sheets. Higher runs can be achieved just as cost-effectively with Anicolor thanks to consistent inking, a flexibility that opens up additional market opportunities, particularly in the small-format sector.

Free of ghosting, the Anicolor inking unit ensures consistent quality throughout a production run and delivers outstanding results in combination with Heidelberg’s Prinect colour management system. Another plus point is the fact that Anicolor doesn’t require special consumables – conventional inks, plates and dampening solutions stocked by any print shop can be used.

Secondly, Zeroplus prides itself in giving customers the best service – on time and within their budgets.
The third focus area is providing services to other trade printers. The company works closely with a wide range of partners in the printing industry.
It’s clear that Gary and the team at Zeroplus have a proactive, ‘hands on’ approach and entrepreneurial spirit. This, they insist, is the underlying reason why Zeroplus Printers has been built into the respected company it is today.
