THIRTY YEARS OF LABEL PRINTING

OVER the past three decades Ferroprint has become Africa’s largest converter of self-adhesive labels, and now also boasts an operation in China. It really is a success story of note.

AFRICA STEREOS INVESTS AGAIN . . .

At Africa Stereos, they’re serious about taking repro to new levels for corrugated printers – especially those aiming for the high-quality retail-ready market, reports GILL LOUBSER.

WHEN we last visited Africa Stereos in mid-2007, it was to report on the company’s significant investment in a computer-to-plate (CtP) system – a Kodak ThermoFlex imager, coupled with a DuPont Cyrel 2001E platemaker, and supported by Prinergy workflow – to improve its quality service to customers. Since then, things have moved on apace.
